Biography
A graduate of St. Stephens college, Mr. Bhattacharya was the Managing Director of SBI from October 2007 to October 2010, and was responsible primarily for the management of the entire credit portfolio of the bank, ensuring implementation of sound credit and risk management policies and procedures and, in addition, being involved in the overall management of the bank in terms of policy formulations and strategies.
