Biography
Bharti Singh is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Applied Physics at Delhi Technological University. His research interests includes Two dimensional layered materials (MoS2, WS2, MoSe2, WSe2 etc.) and their vDW heterostructures (MoS2/WS2, MoS2/MoSe2, etc), pristine and doped graphene by CVD technique, thin films and nanostructures deposition techniques, nanomechanical properties of 2D layered materials, piezoelectricity in 2D material, solar cells, metal-oxide interface properties, organic-inorganic hybrid interface, resistive random access memory device in metal-insulator-metal (MIM) configuration.
Research Interest
