Shikha N. Khera

Biography

Dr. Shikha N. Khera Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Delhi School of Management, DTU. She is a PhD in Management from University School of management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Before joining DTU, she was holding a senior academic position at Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Delhi. She carries with her academic experience of more than 15 years in teaching specific areas of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource management and Strategic management. During her academic career Dr. Khera has to her credit over forty papers in National and International journals/Conferences. She has been proactively involved with organising various co curricular and extra curricular activities at the Department . Dr. Khera is guiding seven PhD scholars and her major arears of interest for research include: Human resource management, Organisational behaviour, Emotional intelligence.
