Biography
Independent Director of the Company and has served on the Board since 1987. He is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with experience of over 45 years and with vast exposure in the finance and tax space. He is the founder partner of M/s Mehrotra & Mehrotra and is a member of organizations such as Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labour, Government of India and The Associated Chambers of Commerce of India. He has also been a Director on the board of Canara Bank.
