Biography
He completed my Ph.D. under Prof. Weisi Lin at the Center for Multimedia and Network Technology (CeMNet) in the School of Computer Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. During Ph.D., my research has focused on modeling human perception using signal analysis and machine learning. In particular, I have worked on developing new methods for assessing perceptual quality of image, video and speech (these have widespread practical applications in multimedia communications). mechanisms and their role in multimedia domains (audio, video and image processing). Current focus is on studying and modeling relevant human factors in video communication systems.
