Sanjeev gupta

Biography

Dr. Sanjeev Gupta obtained his M.Tech. from University of Delhi and Ph.D. from Queen's University of Belfast, UK. He was awarded Post-Graduate Scholarship by University of Delhi and Commonwealth Scholarship by Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, London for pursuing M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees respectively. He has more than 25 years of teaching and research experience in the field of High Frequency Microwave and Millimeter Wave Electronics, Antennas, Radars and Communication and Wireless Sub-systems/ Systems from VHF to millimeter wave frequencies. He has successfully completed many research projects sponsored by ISRO-Department of Space, DRDO, Armament Research Board (Ministry of Defence), DST and Indian Meteorological Department. He has authored and published / presented more sixty publications in reputed National and International Journals and Conferences. His research interests include Antennas including Active Integrated Antennas and Smart Antennas, Radar and Wireless Communication Sub-systems and Systems, RF/Microwave Applications. He serves as a reviewer for many of the National/International Conferences/Journals in his areas of expertise. He was also an Adjunct Faculty at IIT Gandhingar from 2011-13 and Dean (Students) at DA-IICT for 5 years (2011-16).
