Biography
He is working as an Assistant Professor at DA-IICT, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Prior to this, he was an assistant professor in the Wireless Networks and Applications group at Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham (Amrita University, Kerala). He was a postdoctoral researcher at Nanyang Technological University, supervised by Dr.Jun Luo. My research area is systems design in the mobile and pervasive computing domain. He obtained a PhD in Computer Science from University of North Texas, where he was a research assistant for Prof.Ram Dantu of the Network Security Lab. He was involved in research topics that include developing systems using smartphones for indoor localization and biomedical engineering. He also worked in the area of wireless sensor networks, specifically routing protocols in sensor networks.
Research Interest
His research spans areas from wireless networking, wireless sensor networks to mobile phone sensing.
