Assistant Prof. at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), his reserch area is Interconnect modeling, Carbon nanotube and Graphene nanoribbon. He is completed his PhD (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from NIT, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
