Biography
Dr. Diganta Sarma is working as a Associate Professor in the department of physics at Dibrugarh University, he completed his Bachelor’s Degree : D. K. D. College, Dibrugarh University, 1998 Master’s Degree : Gauhati University, Guwahati, 2001 Ph.D.: National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, 2007.
Research Interest
Green Chemistry- Organic transformations (like Suzuki coupling, azide-alkyne cycloadditions, Aza-Michael reactions etc.) in water and ionic liquids Synthetic Peptide Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry Protease inhibitors- Design, synthesis and biological evaluations
