Biography
Mr. Ashish Kumar, 37 years, is our company secretary and compliance officer. He leads the secretarial, regulatory and corporate governance compliances of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (pass) from the University of Delhi and has completed the executive programme in business management from IIM, Calcutta. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with various organisations like DLF Universal Limited, Damas International Limited, Tecom Investments FZ LLC and Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited and has more than 15 years of national and international regulatory and compliance experience. He joined our Company on March 1, 2017.
