Mr. Manoj Maheshwari

Biography

Mr. Manoj Maheshwari, is a non-executive independent director of our Company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a post graduate diploma in business administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He has an experience of 28 years in finance functions encompassing various aspects of finance and corporate functions including M&A, capital expenditure and fund raising as debt and equity . In the past, he has been associated with Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited as a director and Group CFO, Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited and Bajaj Power Generation Private Limited, Hindalco Industries Limited, Birla Jute & Industries Limited, Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited and Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited. He is currently also a non- executive director of BMM Ispat Limited and New Habitat Housing Finance and Development Limited and a director of Vision One India Consulting Services Private Limited.
