My strengths include -A persistent desire to get things done at my workplace. Willingness to work with others and respect their views.  Good communication skills while at work.My constant approach in improving organizational skills. Being confident with numbers.  Being comfortable with IT. In fact I conceived an entire intranet site for the hospital.Negotiating skills keeping the best interest of the organization. Ability to challenge the status quo and find viable new alternatives. Honesty and fairness in dealing with other people.  Keen involvement in academics with national and international presentations.Summary -Let me introduce myself as a young, enthusiastic and dedicated hospital and healthcare manager.
