Biography
Mr. Richard K. Davis is Independent Director of the Company. He joined Star Banc, a predecessor of U.S. Bancorp, in 1993 and subsequently held various executive positions including Chairman 2007 to date; Chief Executive Officer 2006 to date; President 2004 to January 2016. On January 17, 2017, U.S. Bancorp announced Mr. Davis’ retirement from CEO and transition to Chairman-only effective April 18, 2017. Mr. Richard K. Davis is Independent Director of the Company.
