Mr. Robert Stevens Miller, Jr. is Independent Director of the Company. (a provider of insurance and financial services) – Non-Executive Chairman of the Board May 2009 to July 2015. Hawker Beechcraft, Inc. (a manufacturer of aircraft) – Chief Executive Officer February 2012 to February 2013. Mr. Miller was Chief Executive Officer of Hawker Beechcraft, Inc. when it filed for voluntary reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in May 2012.
