Biography

  Mr. Manish Kumar, Cofounder & Architect of REALX and GREX. GREX is one of the most disruptive platforms globally for Investments in Unlisted Companies. REALX, the latest venture of Manish, is a platform to buy, hold and sell fractional ownership properties. A Product enthusiast, he has co-founded & mentored companies for 12+ years Background Manish began his Startup journey way back in 2006 with his first startup – gobyroad.com being the first travel ecommerce company focused on Bus Ticket Bookings and other road travel solutions. He could not raise capital and had to unfortunately shut down the company. Sensing a surge in entrepreneurship, and with the personal experience of having to shut down his first startup, he set-up a Venture Capital firm called IncuCapital. IncuCapital had done incubated and invested in four companies and atleast one of them, Navigene, is a fast growing internationally successful company. Manish later realized that the fund model of doing things is restrictive and can serve only a few in companies in their portfolio. This led to creation of GREX as an exchange like market place for companies to raise capital and share ongoing information with stakeholders.
