Biography
Mr. Prasenjit Kundu has done his LL.B in the year 2004 and LLM in the year 2006 from the University of North Bengal,W.B. He joined Hidayatullah National law University, Raipur in the year 2007 and served there for two years. As a young Assistant Professor of Law he associated himself with RML National Law University, Lucknow in the year 2009 and since then he is dexterously handling teaching and learning of Labour Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Arbitration and has developed best possible course module in concern on recent teaching pedagogy and train his students in other emerging areas of Law. Within such a short span of academic milieu, he had always been a very keen participant and presenter in various national and International seminars and workshops of repute. He has enjoyed judging and evaluation of various prestigious national and international moot and mediation competitions as part of serious academic affairs.
