Samreen Hussain

Biography

She has done her B.A.LL.B from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and LL.M from Indian Law Institute, Delhi with first class specializing in Human Rights Law and Criminal Law. She is also the recipient of ILI merit scholarship in L.L.M.Pursuing Ph.D from Department of Legal Studies, Dr. RMLNLU, and Lucknow on the topic “Women in the triangle of state, law and religion: with reference to succession rights under different personal laws”.She has attended several workshops and presented papers in national and international conferences and has published papers in reputed journals.Her area of interest lies in the field of Family Law, Human Rights Law and Law and Social Transformation
