Biography

He has done his LL.B. from Lucknow University in 2007. He completed his LL.M. in 2009 from DR. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights Law. He is working here as Assistant Professor in Law. He has more than 13 publications to his credit. He has participated and presented papers in various National and international Conferences, seminars/workshops and symposiums. Prior to this, he was working in H.N.B. Garhwal University (A Central University) as Assistant Professor in Department of Legal Studies. He is pursuing Ph.D. in law on “Protecting Traditional Knowledge: A Critical Study of Emerging Legal Perspectives and Discourses in India”. His areas of special interests are Intellectual Property Rights Law, I.P.C, and Administrative Law..
