BE Chemical with 8 Years of Experince in API Project. Worked with Various industries on API projects, Having an experince of Effluenet treatment plant project which includes Primary treatment plant, Multiple Effect Evaporatior wiith ATFD, Biological treatment plant & UF+RO System. Also worked with International consultant for Sterile API & Formulation Project. Having an exposure for Condenser sizing, utility sizing, pipeline selection and sizing, Pump selection and Sizing. In API projects exposure is from conceptual design to comissioing of facility which includes budget, Scheduling, various govt approvals, Consultancy appointment, equipment detailing and Procurement, Single point contact for internal departments. Also working on manufacturing cost reduction with focus on API yiled improvements, Cycle time reduction, capacity improvements, recovery improvements, trobule shooting in process. Expert in preparation proposals, management report, project status report, Improvement reports Working as a energy team leader for various initatives on energy conservation
