Biography
Dr Udhaykumar is a distinguished and renowned ophthalmic surgeon. He completed his post graduation in MS Ophthalmology from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Chennai and further received Diplomat of National Board (DNB) in Ophthalmology ,New Delhi; the prestigious fellowship of the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) as well as the coveted Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), Glasgow, United Kingdom. He underwent fellowship in Cataract microsurgery at Sankara Nethralya, Chennai. He started DRR hospital in 2003 with a vision to provide comprehensive and state of the art eye care at affordable cost. He has a vast and unparalled experience in cataract and refractive surgeries. He has to his credit over 20,000 successful cataract surgeries.
