Dr. Pramod Jog, [M.D. (Ped), DN(Ped),F.I.A.P.], is Prof. of Pediatrics at D.Y.Patil Medical college, Pune, India. President of Indian Academy of Pediatrics(IAP), 2016 he is the current Standing Committee Member of IPA (International Pediatric Association ) & Steering Committee Member of GAVI (CSO) . He uses his ‘position’ as President of IAP and his ‘attachment’ with promotion of breastfeeding to make doctors remember PRAMOD and become Proactive, Ready to give time, Academically perfect in the science of breastfeeding, Motivate the mothers and paramedics, convince the Obstetricians and Discard bottles and tins.
