Biography
Mr. Eleuthere I. du Pont is an Independent Director of the Company. He served as senior vice president, operations and chief financial officer of drugstore.com, a leading online provider of health, beauty, vision and pharmacy products from 2007 through 2008. Prior to that, Mr. du Pont served as president and chief financial officer of Wawa, Inc., a chain of food markets in the mid-Atlantic region with sales of $5 billion. He also serves on the boards of WSFS Financial Corporation (since 2013) and Burris Logistics (since 2014). Mr. Eleuthere I. du Pont is an Independent Director of the Company.
