Biography
He is the partner who heads the firm’s dispute resolution team, using his management skills to encourage, guide and inspire his team. Over a number of years, Rob has been involved in many interesting cases. He is currently leading a multi million pound sale of goods/misrepresentation claim involving artwork of dubious origin. Commercial cases have involved significant claims arising out of frauds perpetrated against our clients, breaches of contract, and construction claims. rob has experience of dealing with patent and copyright claims. He has recently advised on cases involving breaches of trust by trustees, inheritance act claims, and tracing claims involving the restitution of trust property.
