Anant Garg

Biography

Anant Garg is the Director Human Resource at Eli Lilly & Company India. He is responsible for developing and executing Lilly India’s people strategy that aligns with the overall organizational vision, core values and business objectives.   He joined Lilly in 2011 as Associate Director HR and since then has managed different assignments and roles in HR Business Partnership, Global Compensation and Six Sigma. Most recently he was the Director Corporate Affairs, Pricing, Reimbursement and Access at Lilly India and was responsible for managing market access, product pricing, public health initiatives, corporate affairs and communications..   Prior to Lilly, Anant worked with Mercer leading HR consulting assignments across different industries, and with Accenture playing a key role in the company’s expansion in India.   Anant is a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
