Biography
Krishnan A. is Associate Director – Sales Force Effectiveness, New Product Planning, Market Research, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience at Eli Lilly. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), and a post-graduate diploma in International Business & Strategy (PGDIBS) from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). He has more than 18 years of sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceutical space. Krishnan A. joined Eli Lilly in 2007 as District Manager. After this, he was appointed Sales Head (South India) and subsequently Senior Manager – Marketing (Diabetes Care). In his current role since March 2016, he spearheads the affiliate’s Digital Strategy roadmap & Multi-Channel Customer Engagement model, and also leads Sales Operations, Market Research, New Product Planning & Customer Experience.
