Biography
James (Jim) Lindemann is an executive vice president of Emerson. He was appointed chief operating officer of Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions in February 2016. In this role, he has responsibility for the business platform’s strategic operations, facility planning, profit planning and internal execution initiatives. Lindemann served in the U.S. Navy from 1974 to 1977. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University.

Lindemann is a member of the board of directors of Cass Information Systems, The CEO Forum, the St. Louis chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Dare 2 Share Ministries.
