Biography

 RJ assumed office as the Vice President & Managing Director of ASCO Numatics, a business of Emerson Industrial Automation, in 2013. ASCO Numatics is the global leader in fluid automation solutions. ASCO's fluid control products and Numatics' fluid power products have come together to offer comprehensive fluid automation solutions for a wide range of industry applications. RJ began his journey with Emerson in 2002 at Emerson Innovation Center, Pune as a Group Programme Manager for Emerson Industrial Automation. In October 2006, he was promoted to the role of Director of Engineering for Industrial Automation. RJ then went on to become the Vice President and Centre Head of Emerson Innovation Centre, Pune in October 2009 before he moved to his current role. Under RJ’s leadership, the Emerson Innovation Centre saw tremendous growth in the number of employees, investments and new product development programmes. He was instrumental in growing this state-of-the-art Innovation Centre as a model shared services centre for Emerson during his tenure. RJ has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial production from Bangalore University and Master’s in Engineering Management from BITS, Pilani.
