Biography
Rengarajan was appointed as the Managing Director of Control Techniques India in 2012. Control Techniques is a leading manufacturer of AC and DC variable speed drives, servos and power conversion equipment for commercial and industrial applications. Rengarajan moved to his current position in 2014, heading Global Sales and Solution (GSS), which combines Drives and Motors businesses, fuelling its growth in India. He is currently working with the global organization to build strategy for India, transforming the business and aligning it to the business objective of gaining larger market share in the coming years. Prior to Emerson, Rengarajan has served various leadership roles for over 24 years in other multinational organizations. Diverse in his executive experience, Rengarajan has handled sales, marketing, operations and managing large projects in the area of Industrial Automation across Asia Pacific. Rengarajan holds Bachelors degree of Electrical Engineering and MBA from Henley Business School, London, U.K.
