Biography

 Mr. Sunil Khanna is the President & Managing Director of Emerson Network Power (India) Pvt. Ltd. Emerson Network Power is a global leader in enabling Business Critical Continuity, designi​ng and manufacturing devices like Uninterruptible Power Systems, DC Power Systems, Inbound Power, Precision Cooling, Outbound Power, Embedded Power, Enclosure Systems and Monitoring & Services. Sunil joined Emerson as the Sr. Vice President, Sales & Operation – India with Emerson Process Management in 2004. In 2006, he rose to the role of Managing Director, Emerson Process Management India. In 2011, he was appointed as the Vice President of Strategic Relations, Emerson Corporate India. Sunil then went on to become the President & Managing Director, Emerson Network Power (India) Pvt. Ltd in 2012. Before joining Emerson, Sunil has held leadership roles at various multinational organizations in India, Singapore and Indonesia. In his expansive executive career spanning over three decades, Sunil has several remarkable accomplishments to his credit, including multiple initiatives that had never been done before. Sunil is the Founding Member and past President (2008 – 2010) of the Automation Industry Association (AIA) in India, where he initiated the Industry Academia Interface program and has been instrumental in conducting several technical seminars at various engineering institutes across India since seven years. He is also serving as the Vice Chairman for Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) Maharashtra State Council for the year 2015-16. Sunil completed his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and holds a Bachelors of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology BHU.
