Biography
Mr. Mehul Shah is a Mumbai bred entrepreuener with more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He is a graduate in Pharmacy & Business Management education. He started his career in 1987 with a modest job on the production shop floor for the first 8 years of his career, he has worked in core manufacturing and operations, driving targets and managing quality systems. This, he considers to be the most formative and contributing years of his life. His passion & expertise in Topical Semisolid Formulations has formed the foundation & strategy for Encube. His keen understanding of the manufacturing systems has made Encube into one of the most operationally flexible facility, capable of handling great variability & diversity. He has invested into making Encube one of the best globally recognised technology driven manufacturing facilities.
