Biography
Mr. Rajiv Gulati, aged 59 years is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the Delhi University and a master’s degree in pharmacy from the Benaras Hindu University. Mr. Rajiv Gulati holds a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a post-graduate diploma in international trade from the Panjab University. He was appointed on the Board of our Company on February 3, 2017. Mr. Rajiv Gulati has previously worked with companies in the pharmaceutical sector in various capacities. He has more than 30 years of experience in the cindustry.
