My carrier started around 2000 when i started working for an IT company and learn basics of customer understanding and then switched to Cipla in 2002 a world over recognized company in Pharma and learned importance of Channel build up in order to have a sustainable and high profit rewarding business, being in marketing also get a deep insight on how Different customers behave differently and with little bit of adjustments to the existing solutions everyone can be satisfied as per there individual need
