Biography

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, H.P.  He is having 10 years of vast experience in academics at reputed colleges and universities of India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Gautam Buddha University (State Government University), Greater Noida, UP, India. He received his M.Tech. (CSE) with Distinction from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India. He has obtained his B.Tech. (CSE) from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow, India. Dr. Singh is having life membership of Computer Society of India (CSI) and promoted to Senior Member Grade from CSI. He is member of ACM, IACSIT-Singapore and IAENG-Hong Kong. He has worked as publicity chair of five IEEE International Conferences and associated as TPC member & reviewer of various Conferences & Journals too. He is Associate Editor of International Journal of Information Security and Cybercrime (IJISC) a scientific peer reviewed journal from Romania. He is currently guiding four Ph.D. scholars and having 153 Google scholar citations in his account. He has published nearly 50 research papers in various International Journals and Conferences of repute. He has chaired various sessions during the IEEE & Springer conferences like; CSI-2015, INDIACoM-2017, INDIACoM-2016, INDIACoM-2015, ICAICR-2017, ICCTICT-2016, ICCS-2016 and RICSIT-2016 & RICSIT-2017. He has organised various theme based special sessions during the International conferences also. Some of his recent assignments are as follows; 1. Appointed as member of Editorial Review Board for International Journal of Secure Software Engineering (IJSSE) & International Journal of Information Security and Privacy (IJISP), from IGI Global, USA. 2. Appointed as a Reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, 3. Appointed as State Student Coordinator for Himachal Pradesh State from Computer Society of India (www.csi-india.org) a Technical Society. 4. He has received one sponsored research project grant of Rs 6,17,918 from Himachal Govt,  HPSCTE Council.
