Sujatha heads Finance, Legal and Process team at Excelra. She has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology & Publishing Industries. Prior to joining Excelra, she worked with Macmillan, IGATE and Tech Mahindra. Sujatha's expertise include successful acquisitions, ERP implementation, Overseas funding, treasury management, risk profiling, IFC implementation, IGAAP, IFRS, US GAAP, Indian & international taxation, contract management, SOX and Indian company secretarial and statutory compliances. She is a chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.
