Biography
Mr. Mohan Anand Chandavarkar is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is also the Chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Chandavarkar is a graduate, with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree from the Bombay University. He joined FDC Limited in the year 1958, as an Apprentice in the Laboratory. With his steadfast performance, he rose through the ranks and attained the position of Joint Managing Director in the year 1967. Later on, he took over as the Chairman and Managing Director of FDC Limited in the year 1999. Mr. Chandavarkar has to his credit a rich and varied experience of 56 years, in the fields of Production, Marketing Operations, International Business and Administration of the Company. During his tenure, the Company witnessed impressive growth levels across all categories. He has been a pioneer in establishing FDC’s presence in the Indian and Overseas markets.
