Biography
CA. Uday Kumar Gurkar is a Non- Executive and Independent Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2016. CA. Gurkar is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has to his credit, vast experience of 29 years in various Industries, which includes Engineering, Lubricating Oil and Pharmaceutical Industry and over 10 years of Practice as a Chartered Accountant. His expertise includes handling Financial Accounting & International Reporting, Project Finance, Budgets, Business Plan, Internal / Operations Audit etc. Presently, he is on the Board of one of the largest co-operative bank namely The SVC Co- operative Bank Limited as Chairman. He is also actively involved as a member of its various board committees.
