  Presently as QC Process Deputy Manager at Flint Group, having 16 years strong experience in the field Quality Control & Technical service in Printing Ink manufacturing Industry. Specialties: Offset inks Sheet fed Process ink, Web Process Ink (Coldest & Heat set inks), Black inks,Printing inks varnishes, Liquid inks Gravure & Flexo inks like Poly, Polyester, BOPP, PVC, Foil,Wooven shake etc. water base inks for various paper & board, Ink jet inks, High process laminate & low process laminate for use of Acrylic & Casein resin, Printing inks ( offset inks and liquid inks) set up and devolope as per market requirement also give up Technical service for printing Machines. Baroda- Lamdapura Quality control • Implementation & Monitoring of quality systems, totally responsible to maintain quality and quantity of material for Quality control and raw material department. • .Finalize the recipes and approved th trail batches. • To making report of ISO documents of QC records, standard operating process, certificate analysis report, MSDS, cost saving, MIS report with customer complaint. • Operate quality module sap for creating material master, std. recipe entries and specification entries. • Utilization of non moving , non confirm, and rejection material which use in std. recipies. • Train and supervision the lab Technical person for quality ISO system, Instrument handling with proper guidance with best safety, health and environment practices. QC & Production Asst. Manager May 2011 - March 2012 (11 months) This offset ink (project )plant start with may 2011 and worked with Quality controll department. Totaly handle with QC & Production as a Asst. manager.
