Biography
Sep 1999 – present : Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi as Associate Professor of Public Finance since March 2008. Prior to that, Assistant Professor of Public Finance The description of duties, achievements and responsibilities include: · Coordinating all the academic, financial and administrative activities of the Centre for Urban Studies with the strength of 25 sanctioned posts including 10 faculty positions for which grant-in-aid (non-plan) is received from the Union Ministry of Urban Development since 1966.
