Biography

A highly skilled multi faceted, talented and qualified Deputy Chief of Nursing with over seventeen years of experience. Primarily trained at Research & Referral Army Hospital, Delhi Cantt, the last role with Armed Forces was as Nursing Officer in the Military Nursing Services at No.7 Air Force Hospital, Kanpur. Had an opportunity to work with Indraprastha Apollo Hospital Delhi, the first Joint Commission International accredited hospital of India. Also, helped to prepare grounds to achieve NABH accreditation for nursing department at Columbia Asia Hospital, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Managed complete function of Nursing Department as HOD at Sterling Hospital Rajkot Gujarat. Being trained in the highly disciplined environment of the Armed Forces and exposure of working with the top Corporate Hospitals of India has enhanced my management skills and leadership qualities.
