Biography
Dr. PS Lamba is a Consultant - Diabetology & Endocrinology in Fortis Hospital, Mulund, Mumbai. Prior to Fortis he was in Armed Force (Indian Navy) for almost 28 years as a consultant endocrinologist and pioneered the premier Radioimmunoassay Laboratory of the Armed Forces. Dr. Lamba was at the forefront of medical research associated with the Indian navy linked to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and the Microenvironment of the Submarines. He was the founding Editor of "Journal Of Marine Medicine", the official Journal of the Naval Medical Fraternity. His area of interest is Diabetes Care, Management and Education, Pediatric and Gynecologic Endocrinology
