Biography
Dr. Shruti Awasthi Sharma After two years of corporate experience as Biochemist, Dr. Shruti has chosen to grow in the field of teaching, research & development. Her career in research & training started in the year 2003. She completed her Ph.D in Medical Biochemistry from IHMA, in the year 2012; MBA in HRM; MPhil in Biochemistry and M.Sc in Biochemistry. She has 6 years of experience in overseeing research projects; published 12 research papers, 2 in International Journals & 10 in National Journals. She has presented 20 research papers which have fetched her several awards and titles. She was conferred the “Young Scientist Award” by IHMA in the year 2012. She has won 12 gold medals for presentation in National & International Symposiums. Her key strengths are good communication, presentation skills and analytical thinking. The areas of her research interests are –medical biochemistry, enzymology, biochemical techniques, plant biochemistry, and metabolism. Apart from her academic interests, she is also interested in gardening, music, video games, driving, painting and Rangoli making.
