Biography
Dr. Shubha Chandra is a dynamic instructor and thoughtful leader, focused on providing students with rigorous coaching to build and advance toward a framework of success. She has done her Ph.D. in the year 2006. She has a Post-Graduation in M.Com – Business Administration. She also has a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering. She has 3 years of corporate international experience as Corporate Trainer for HSBC clients while working in MIVB Information Technology (associate with HSBC) Dubai, UAE. She has attended several seminars, conferences, and presented papers. Her practical approach towards the management practices enables students to understand the practical relevance of management theories. Her areas of academic interests are Human Resources & Organizational Behavior
