Biography

Dr. T.A. Ashok Kumar, Associate Professor and Head of the department in the School of Computational Sciences & IT, Garden City University, Bangalore, from Aug 2017, is a prolific professional with 18 years of teaching experience in academic education. He has secured his Doctoral degree in Computer Science from M.S. University, Post-Graduation in Computer Applications (MCA) and MBA from Bharathiar University- Coimbatore and Master of Philosophy (M. Phil) from Bharathidasan University. With 18 years of teaching experience, he had designed course curriculum for various universities and autonomous colleges. He also served as Chairman and Member of the Board of Studies, Computer Science in Bharathiar University, CMS College of Science & Commerce (Autonomous), and other various universities in Tami lNadu, Kerala & Karnataka. Dr. Ashok Kumar is a member of International Associations of Engineers (IAENG) -Hong Kong, International Association of Computer Science & Information Technology, (IACSIT), Singapore and Senior Member, UACEE, Institute of Research Engineers & Doctors-New York, USA. He is also associated as member and editor for various International Journals in Computer Science for Inderscience Publications, Scopus Indexed Journals, SCI, and AIRCCE. His research interests are in Data Mining, focusing on Data Science and Analytics, Distributed Computing and Human Resource Management. In addition, he has made numerous contributions to Data Mining and has examined the impact of Software Engineering Techniques and Applications on the design of various statistical models. Also, he has presented various papers in International and National Conferences.
