Biography
He completed his M.Phil and did his Post Graduate Diploma in Translation in 2005 and his M.A in 2004. He is also the ANO (Associate NCC Officer) of Garden city College Company 3/9, under 9 Karnataka battalion. He has 130 NCC cadets under him and is responsible for preparing them for the ‘C’ certificate exam. He received the camp commandants silver medal for standing 2nd in order of merit at the officers training academy during pre-commission. He received the Chief Minister’s commendation award for rendering service of very high order, thus enhancing the image of National Cadet Corps, and inning laurels for Karnataka state. He also achieved Alfa (A) grading during the refresher course at officers training academy. He has won Individual Athletics championship in Bangalore University for the year 1991-92 and 94-95. His academic interests are - Translation and literature and reading novels.
