Biography
"Randy Fox is Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) for GE Healthcare. He leads the Information Technology organization, partnering closely with the business and regions to deliver tools, processes and systems solutions to enable employees, customers and their patients. He began his GE career at Aircraft Engines in 1986 and progressed through a variety of positions, gaining increased responsibility and experience in Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to further develop his leadership skills. In 1995, Randy moved to GE Plastics Europe, based in The Netherlands, where he was the Order to Remittance Systems leader. In that role, he gained significant ERP systems experience by implementing Oracle Applications. From there, he became the CIO of GE Superabrasives, based in Worthington, OH, and then the CIO of GE Supply, based in Shelton, CT. This role expanded to include Six Sigma Leadership for the business. In 2002, Randy moved to Philadelphia, PA to lead the IT integration of multiple acquisitions as part of the creation of GE Water and Process Technologies. He also formed IT shared services platforms for GE Specialty Materials and GE Infrastructure. Prior to becoming VP & CIO for GE Healthcare, he served as CIO for GE Energy Management, based in Atlanta, GA. Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Randy and his wife Martha have two children."
