Based in Connecticut outside of New York City, Monty has more than 20 years of experience in the area of driving business process improvement. He holds a master’s of business administration in finance and marketing from Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India and a bachelor’s degree of commerce from the University of Delhi.Monty Singh was appointed to the role of Business Leader of Genpact Capital Markets & IT Services (CMITS) business in October 2013. In this capacity, he is working to further strengthen Genpact IT services offerings to create greater impact for clients, as well as drive additional growth of Genpact’s Capital Markets business. Monty is a Genpact executive officer.
