Biography
David Humphrey is a Managing Director in the Private Equity group of Bain Capital, having joined the firm in 2001. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Humphrey was an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers from 1999 to 2001. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Bloomin Brands, Inc., Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc. and Skillsoft plc.
