Biography

Gaurav earned a master’s in business administration from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.Gaurav Sethi is global head of Genpact’s Strategic Deals function, where he leads a team that focuses on securing large-scale transformative client engagements across all verticals and service lines. Prior to his current role, Gaurav led corporate development for Genpact globally, where he identified and executed more than 20 acquisitions and strategic partnerships to drive growth for the company. Gaurav first joined Genpact to lead business development efforts in India and was instrumental in winning several strategic deals.
