Ms. Cheryl Pinto

Biography

  Cheryl Pinto is Director - Corporate Affairs with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited from October 1999. She is an executive member of the Board of Directors and belongs to the promoter family of the company. Having over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field, she presently heads the company’s Human Resource, Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility functions. As an entrepreneur Cheryl was the founder of a pharmaceutical company which she served as Managing Director from 1989 to 1999 before joining Glenmark. Cheryl is a Graduate in Pharmacy from the University Department of Chemical Technology in Mumbai. She has also completed The General Management Programme from the Harvard Business School in Boston.
