Biography
Gary has been part of the GlowTouch community for more than 15 years, and brings over 25 years of experience in leading teams and building businesses to his role at GlowTouch. While serving as Sr. VP of Customer Support for one of the world’s leading cloud platform providers, Gary was a highly satisfied client, utilizing our considerable capabilities in 24/7 operations. With his experience in contact centers and customer experience, he brings a blend of strategic vision and operational focus that help our clients define their needs in order craft custom solutions. Gary earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UMASS. When he’s not meeting with a client or motivating our operations teams, he enjoys spending time with his family and honing his culinary techniques.
